Start with success…
Before beginning any training program, every new client is required to book a Success Session. This session is designed to set you up for success and ensure that your training is customized to your needs. All sessions take place at 635 Atando Ave. Suite J, Charlotte, NC
During your Success Session, we will:
• Perform fitness assessments to evaluate your current physical capabilities.
• Complete body composition testing using an InBody scan (weight, water retention, muscle mass, and more).
• Go over what training looks like on a month-to-month basis.
• Discuss nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle.
• Address injury history and cover prevention methods to keep you training safely.
This step is essential to create a safe, effective, and personalized program that delivers results.
